We are still in the Week 8 of the Season X the Pass Battle of Fortnite Battle Royalebut Epic Games sees beyond the present. By publication in the official blog Fortnite, the company behind the popular Battle Royale has announced a big change that will take place during the Season 11 game: will be updated matchmaking system between players, and will be added bots, opponents controlled by the machine.
Fortnite Battle Royale: Season 11 will have bots
In an effort to constantly improve, Epic Games plans to retouch in a drastic way the matchmaking system Fortnite Battle Royale. This is, to Polish the system so that, each time we enter a game, the game we goal with players of our same skill level, in order to avoid unjust situations. These changes will take place as soon as you apply to Fortnite patch 10.40, whose date is, at the time of writing this news, yet to be determined.
The other major change that you plan to apply to Fortnite Battle Royale is the inclusion of bots —players controlled by the machine— in the standard modes of the game. This is, In Solo, Duets and Squads. According to Epic Games, “these will behave similarly to regular players and offer a better alternative to acquire experience of the game”.
The general idea we have with regard to the implementation of these opponents controlled by the AI is that, if we are newbies, we will see more bots, and vice versa. As you play, and Fortnite acknowledge that our performance improves, we will run into fewer opponents of this typeand with more players, as such. Of the latter we can deduce that the bots will not have a skill too high, and that will be included, roughly, to make targets for the players less skilled.
It is expected that the Season X of Fortnite Battle Royale to finish the 5 or the 6 of October. There is still no official release date for Season 11-Battle Royale.
